How to Measure for A Perfect Fit
(1) WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline (not over clothing), at the height you normally wear slacks, keeping the tape measure loose.
(2) HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. (Regular 8" below your waist)
(3) OUTSEAM -    Measure from your natural waistline to the junction of heel and shoe.
